On Saturday May 18th at 7:00pm come join us for a networking event unlike any you have been to before. Come enjoy meeting professionals in a fun and friendly gaming event. Open to all who wish to come meet up and get to know what positions are open in the tech world, there is nothing better then having some fun while looking for your dream job. The first 30 min of the event will be sharing and networking with professionals and then we will start playing some games such as D&D, Commander, board games and a MTG draft! It sure is to be a fun and professional event that we hope can find you that job you've been looking for or connections for the future. Here at Gamer's Inn we hope to help you succeed and enjoy your time in the process. We love supporting our community and the people that are in it.
 
We are having an amazing Local writer Ben Ireland join us on Saturday May 18th from 1:00pm - 3:00pm. At this event he will be sharing with us his new book Bleakwood Lore. Bleakwood Lore is book 3.5 in the series. It contains eleven short stories told from the perspective of other characters from the Blacksmith universe. Ben Ireland is really excited for this one. He says that it was incredibly fun to write, and contains a ton of Easter eggs for fans who have been following the series.
An award-winning writer of both Young Adult Urban Fantasy and Cyber-Horror, Ben received the Gold Quill 2017 for Billy Blacksmith: The Demonslayer from the League of Utah Writers. His stories are about Billy Blacksmith, an average teenage boy living in Bleakwood, Utah; though he's a little bigger than most. One night a 5 foot tall spider emerges from under his bed, intent on drinking his blood, and his day just gets worse from there. It is a fun and engaging series of books that you are sure to enjoy and we hope to share with our customers at Gamer's Inn.

Tiny Towns is a game that we highly recommend if you are looking for a clever game for you and your friends.
You are the mayor of a tiny town in the forest in which the smaller creatures of the woods have created a civilization hidden away from predators. In this small city it is easy to box yourself in if you are not careful. Each turn one player will choose what resource to use and then even if you don't want that resources you will have to use it. Cleverly plan and construct a thriving town, and don't let it fill up with wasted resources. Whoever builds the most prosperous tiny town wins! Depending on how many players you have this will mean that each game will be very unique and fun. |
Check out these themed boosters for War of the Spark! Each booster will be of a certain color and each booster contains 35 cards of that color that you have picked. Just like your normal booster pack it will contain either one Rare or Mythic Rare some packs even contain a foil in the booster pack. By picking a pack that will only give you that color it will give you some great cards that you might be looking to add to a certain color deck. Or maybe you are looking for that one mono colored rare or mythic, well why don't you make your chances higher with opening a themed pack that only has that color narrowing your chances at that choice card. This product is definitely a fun way to open a booster and gives you a different experience then any other one you have had before. So come check it out pick out your favorite color and give it a try so you can possibly get that card that will fight just right into your collection. |
The MTG Championship is almost here - Saturday May 25th at 11:30am.
This Championship is a special one. With all of these amazing planeswalkers in the War of the Spark set, we want to make sure we can all use them. So this championship we will have a special sealed event where you can cast all your planeswalkers for what ever mana color you wish! This way you can play all of your planeswalkers in your sealed pool. It is going to be a wild and fun ride with the championship play mat on the line. The price for buy in will be $20 for the 6 packs you will use to build a 40 card deck. This is a fun event that everyone can play in and we welcome every one no matter what your skill level to come play in this spectacularly unique event. Plus the winner will get an awesome Champion's Playmat featured above. |
